Dealing with anxiety and stress is different for everyone. Each person dealing with one or the other or even depression has a different way of handling it. That being said, it has a different effect on people. Some effects might be harsh, mind boggling episodes and some could be simple “urges to scream.” Sometimes it can effect you by giving you an “attack” (panic attack, anxiety attack), making you itch and squirmy, making you feel completely shut down inside and out, or it can affect the way you project your anger. There’s a million and one ways anxiety, stress and/or depression can hurt you and your body but there’s also a million and one ways to help yourself, and your mind calm down. 30 Ways To Stay Cozy

So how about this weather we've been having? Well let me tell you one thing, I love the rain and the coziness but I absolutely hate being cold; so creating a 'stay cozy' guide is definitely one for the books right? Something about the rain just pleases me to no end, its 100% romantic and makes me feel inspired for some reason. Part of me wants to just lay here in my huge blanket and cuddle with Xena and Paisley, and the other part of me wants to go outside and stomp in the rain. So, today I did / am currently doing both. I know it sounds crazy but yes, I literally went outside in my boots and stomped around in the muddy puddles and let me tell you, it was so much fun I basically froze completely but its okay because, happiness.
