Wood Work
For a while I’ve been beating myself up because I couldn’t think of anything ‘good’ to post. I kept telling myself “no that’s not a good topic”, “ I don’t know what to write about”, “readers won’t want to read that”. But in reality, there’s so much I can tell you guys, like last weekend when I had the most embarrassing moment EVER, or how I deal with anxiety and stress, or even how life is at work! So for this post, I’ve decided to make a ‘gallery like’ blog post. Something simple and something to show you what my time has recently been dedicated to.
All this time I haven’t been working on my blog I’ve been working on another project and I absolutely love it! I have always been creative and loved making / building things but my interest is constantly flip flopping around. It started out with drawing, then went to sewing, interior design, fashion, and then painting, and right now I’m literally making wooden signs. My interest in the other projects haven’t faded away because they’re all things I love doing but as of right now making signs are my most relevant. It honestly sounds kind of silly but I love doing it so much! I’ve taught myself how to saw, sand, and stain wood. Every single sign is a trial and error because there’s always something to improve on and that’s the best part about it. I’ve recently made an Etsy account to sell my wooden sign projects, however, I do want to move onto bigger and better things such as furniture and other must-haves for your home! Now, to show you how I’ve been keeping busy ...
